Upcoming Feature Releases

Adding All Locations for a Provider:

• The "Add Doctor" flow will be updated to have all locations added for a provider with a single click, rather than choosing one location specifically.
• On the Plan Cards, an agent can quickly see if a doctor has at least one location in the network and can see how many of the locations are in-network for a given plan
• Using the "?" button shows the specific locations and if they are in or out of network
  
  

New Flow: Plan Scoring Update

• Plan scoring is being updated to 10 (best fit) - 1
• Ratings will only be calculated if Customer Profile Strength is "good" or "strong" to prevent inaccurate scoring caused by missing information
• Scoring Adjustments: Increasing the weight of In-Network PCP's and inclusion of Part B Giveback benefits
