The New Insurance Agent training path is a structured 7-track video curriculum for agents in their first 12 months. It covers everything from getting licensed and contracted through your first Medicare sale, handling objections, generating leads, expanding into other products, and getting paid. Each video is short and focused so you can apply what you learn the same day.
2. How long does it take to complete Path 1?
Path 1 contains 33 short videos averaging 3-4 minutes each. Total runtime is roughly 2 hours of video. Most new agents work through one track per week alongside their licensing study or first appointments, completing the full path in 6-8 weeks while actively selling.
3. Do I need to complete the tracks in order?
The tracks are sequenced to match a new agent's natural progression — getting set up, learning Medicare, having your first sales conversation, handling objections, generating leads, expanding products, and submitting business. You can jump to any video, but completing them in order builds the strongest foundation.
4. Is all training available for free?
