1. What is the PSM Agent Training Platform?
The PSM Agent Training Platform is a free, structured video training program for independent insurance agents. It's organized into three guided paths based on where you are in your career — new agents getting their first sales, producing agents building consistent income, and experienced agents scaling an agency. Each path contains short video lessons, templates, and action steps you can apply the same day.
2. How do I know which path is right for me?
Pick the path that matches where you are right now, not where you want to be. Path 1 is for agents in their first 12 months who need to make their first sales. Path 2 is for agents already producing who want consistent monthly income and a repeatable system. Path 3 is for experienced agents building a team or agency. If you're between two paths, start with the earlier one — the foundations carry forward.
3. Do I need to be a PSM agent to use this training?
No. The entire system. Every path, every track, every video is free and open to any independent insurance agent regardless of which FMO or upline you work with. No login, paywall, or subscription required. PSM agents do get additional support, a dedicated rep, contracting help, lead programs, and back-office assistance, but the training itself is available to everyone.
4. How long does it take to complete a path?
The video runtime per path is about 2 hours total, but the value is in applying the action steps between videos, not bingeing the content. Each path would take roughly 6-8 weeks at a pace of one track per week, while you're actively selling and applying the action steps for each video. Most agents find that working through one path while in the field beats sitting through hours of training before starting.
