Independent agents can complete AHIP 2027 certification for $125 instead of the standard $175, a savings of $50.
There is no promo code to type in. The discount is applied automatically when you begin registration through PSM Brokerage's AHIP link. Training for the 2027 plan year opened on June 22, 2026.
1. Start from the PSM link.
Click through using the button on this page. This loads AHIP's registration portal with PSM's discount already attached to your session.
2. Create your AHIP account or log in.
If you have certified in a prior year, use your existing credentials. Your transcript history carries over.
3. Check out at $125.
The discounted price appears at checkout. You do not enter anything to claim it.
Agents often search for an AHIP promo code and come up empty. That is because AHIP does not issue codes to agents. It gives each partner organization a dedicated registration link, and the price is set by which link you arrive through.
This matters more than it sounds. If you navigate directly to ahipmedicaretraining.com, or use a bookmark saved from a previous year, you will be charged the standard $175. The discount is tied
to the link, not to your account. Starting from the wrong place is the single most common reason agents pay full price.
If you have already opened AHIP in another tab, close it first and start again from the button on this page.
The fee covers the full AHIP Medicare course and the Fraud, Waste and Abuse module, plus up to three attempts at the final exam.
Exam format: 50 questions
Time limit: 2 hours
Passing score: 90 percent, or 45 of 50 correct
Attempts included: 3
If you do not pass within three attempts, you must repurchase the course to continue.
The $125 rate is available to independent agents who register through PSM Brokerage's link. You do not need to complete a carrier contract before certifying, and you can begin today.
If you are not yet working with PSM, contacting a Sales Specialist takes a few minutes and gives you access to the discount along with carrier contracting, certification tracking, and AEP support.
Most carriers require a passing AHIP score before you can begin carrier-specific product certification, and product certification must be finished before you can sell. Agents who complete AHIP
early in the season protect their selling time ahead of the Annual Enrollment Period, which runs October 15 through December 7.
Is there an AHIP promo code for 2027?
No. AHIP does not issue promo codes to agents. Each partner organization receives a dedicated registration link, and the discounted price is applied automatically when you arrive through it. Agents who register through PSM Brokerage's link pay $125 rather than $175.
How much does AHIP 2027 cost with the PSM discount?
$125, compared with the standard $175. That is a savings of $50. The price covers the Medicare course, the Fraud, Waste and Abuse module, and up to three exam attempts.
Is AHIP certification ever free?
Not upfront. Every agent pays for the course, either $175 at standard price or $125 through a partner link. Searches for free AHIP certification generally turn up partner discounts like this one rather than a no-cost option.
Do I have to be contracted with PSM Brokerage to get the discount?
No. You can use the link and certify at $125 before completing any carrier contracts. Agents who do contract through PSM also get certification tracking and carrier-specific onboarding support.
I already paid $175. Can the discount be applied retroactively?
No. The price is set at registration based on how you entered the site, and it cannot be changed afterward. Use the PSM link from the start next plan year, and bookmark this page rather than the AHIP site so you land in the right place.
