2027 Zing Medicare Advantage Certification Instructions

You may access your 2027 certification by logging into the broker portal directly and locating the red notification under My Credentials.


Exam FAQs

  • There are 25 questions in total
  • You will receive 3 chances to pass
  • You must receive an 85% or higher to have a passing score


Attention Agency Partners

For agencies to become ready-to-sell there are two steps:

  1. The principal must complete the Zing product certification and transmit 2026 AHIP to us as an individual.
  2. The agency certification must be completed. This entails selecting 2026 selling states and completing a new W9 when logged in as the agency within portal.
