2026 Zing Medicare Advantage Certification Instructions

2026 Certification Now Available

Current ready-to-sell brokers and agencies will receive a recertification email by 5pm EST on June 25 from donotreply@evolvenxt.com letting you know your 2026 recertification is ready. This email will contain a link taking you to the broker portal as well as instructions on how to transmit your AHIP results to us.

You may also access your 2026 certification by logging into the broker portal directly and locating the red notification under My Credentials.


Exam FAQs

  • There are 25 questions in total
  • You will receive 3 chances to pass
  • You must receive an 85% or higher to have a passing score


Attention Agency Partners

For agencies to become ready-to-sell there are two steps:

  1. The principal must complete the Zing product certification and transmit 2026 AHIP to us as an individual.
  2. The agency certification must be completed. This entails selecting 2026 selling states and completing a new W9 when logged in as the agency within portal.
