2027 HealthSpring Medicare Advantage Certification Instructions

Follow the steps below to complete your HealthSpring 2027 certification. Brokers may also use the Broker Roadmap to 2027 Certification for additional guidance.

Access Producers’ University

To begin certification, access Producers’ University through HealthSpring for Brokers.

  1. Log in to HealthSpring for Brokers.
  2. Select Medicare Advantage in the top-left corner.
  3. Select Tools from the next drop-down menu.
  4. Select Medicare Producers’ University.

Complete the Required Training

Once inside Producers’ University, select My Learning from the menu.

Brokers will have two course options:

  1. External Field Learning Track
  2. Test-Out Track

Complete all required training assigned to your learning track, or take advantage of the Test-Out option if eligible.

Pass Each Exam

Brokers must pass each required exam with a score of 85% or higher.

Important notes:

  • Returning agents are exempt from completing the Selling with Integrity course.
  • Brokers must complete the 2027 Attestation to be considered Ready to Sell.
  • Completing 2027 certification also retroactively certifies brokers to write for the remainder of 2026.

Complete or Upload Medicare Certification

Brokers may launch and complete AHIP directly from their learning track at the discounted rate of $125.

Accepted certification options include:

  • AHIP
  • NABIP / NAHU
  • Pinpoint Medicare Certification

To receive the AHIP discount, launch AHIP directly from Producers’ University.

If AHIP has already been completed, log in to the AHIP site and transmit your completion certificate to HealthSpring.
