What does this service do for me?
With more and more seniors getting online, having an online presence is necessary to expand your business throughout the country and to reach its full potential. We know that establishing an online presence requires a considerable investment of both money and time, but we at PSM are here to make it so much easier. We made contracting quick and easy for you, and now we aim to do the same for getting your business online. We'll get you started - the rest is up to you.
How does the service work?
If you are contracted through PSM, we will create and upload one, custom web page for you that you can use to market your business at no charge.
What do I need to provide?
You will need a domain name and a hosting account for the web page to be visible on the Internet. You also need to fill out the Online Promotional Page Form. If you select the "agent photo" option, please e-mail your photo to info@psmbrokerage.com.
What if I don't have a domain name and hosting account?
A domain name and hosting account can be purchased at a nominal investment from a variety of providers. We recommend GoDaddy, as they are stable, competitively priced, and provide excellent customer service. NOTE: You only need one domain name and the "economy plan" hosting service. You do not need to buy any of the add ons these providers will try to cross sell to you.
How often can I make changes to this page?
We are not a web development company, so changes to the site are limited. We will make changes to critical information such as your name, contact information, and companies you represent as soon as we can. All other changes are at our discretion.
How long does it take to get my page online?
From the time you submit the Online Promotional Page form it can take anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on demand.
I notice there is a quote form function on the page, how does that work?
As an added value to this free service, we provide you with the infrastructure to collect information from your page. We collect all information from your site and e-mail it to you immediately. At PSM we promise that the information collected will go directly to you and will not be shared, stored, or utilized by us or any third party.
Can I make my own changes to the page?
Of course. If you have the technical capability to make changes to the page, feel free to do so. We only ask that you keep our small logo on the page. If our logo is removed, we will eliminate the form function on the page.
